BETTER BEARING & LUBRICATION
Motors with sleeve bearing can be trusted for almost lifelong lubrication. A permanebt type
lubrication is used to give 50,000 working hours, at normal running. Motors with ball-bearing are also lubricated for life. In fact, it used deep groove bearing with double shield; allowing a trouble free service life time.
OVERLOAD PROTECTION
If looking for protection against motor burnout swati is the best choice. Thermal overload protectors of manual or auto reset variant can be provied for single phase motors. These protector can be temperature or current sensitive.
ABOUT ROTOR / SHAFTS
Rotors are made with pressure die casting and steamblued for finesse. Overall processing makes rotor rust-resistant and increases motor effciency. High Quility ENS steel is used for shafts, grounding is done up to 10 micron accuracy. Anti-rust treatment is done here as well. St.steel shafts also offered.
